Falcons Iron Design was founded by Filipe Oliveira, who grew up around his father's welding work. What started as local residential metalwork became a shop building architectural ironwork for homes, builders and commercial properties across Florida.

The story of Falcon's Iron Design started with Filipe Oliveira and a passion for metalwork handed down from father to son. That's where he learned that good work isn't only welds and steel — it's precision, accountability and pride in every detail.
What began as small projects grew through referrals, trust and results. Today, with more than 15 years of experience, Falcon's Iron Design designs and fabricates handrails, gates, fences, staircases, structural steel and custom projects for homes and businesses.
Every project is treated as its own. Our team combines hands-on craftsmanship, modern fabrication technique and attention to detail to deliver structures that are safe, strong and finished to a high standard.
From the first cut to the final installation we follow the same principle we started with: build it right, take no shortcuts, and make it to last.

How we work
The people who measure it are the people who weld it.
There is no handoff between a salesperson, a shop and a third install crew. One team sees the project from the first measurement to the last weld — which is why the railing that shows up fits the stairs it was built for.

Yes. We fabricate to builder and architect drawings and coordinate around construction schedules for railings, gates and structural steel packages.
Do you repair existing railings and gates?
Yes — rusted handrails, loose posts, sagging gates and broken welds. In many cases a repair is the right call; when it isn't, we'll tell you that instead of selling you a replacement.
