Most failed gates aren't ugly — they sag, drag or won't latch. Post size, footing, hinge selection and frame diagonal are engineered for the weight and span before anything gets welded.
Automation-ready from the start
If an operator is going in now or later, the frame, posts and conduit path are planned for it — retrofitting a gate that wasn't designed for automation is the expensive way.
